Angela's Shipping, Billing, and Guarantee
information
Angela's offers UPS shipping, including overnight, second day
air, etc., and UPS International. We also offer USPS for
International shipments only. Our Shopping Cart System will offer
you a full range of shipment options when you place your order
(including a Pick-Up at Angela's option). All orders are
shipped fully insured.
All UPS shipped orders will receive an email from UPS which will
contain the tracking number(s) for your order.
If you place an order to reserve pieces or for pieces that are
due to arrive at a later date, you will NOT be charged until the
shipment is actually sent.
All Christopher Radko shipments include Radko boxes for each
ornament. The boxes are custom made Radko boxes suitable for gift
giving and storage.
**Special note: for UPS ground orders, our shopping cart
system usually allows a maximum of 8 ornaments to be shipped per
box. Our shipping department has determined that, in most cases,
8 pieces can be shipped safely in one box. However, we are often
able to ship pieces safely in fewer boxes. If that is the case,
customers will only be charged for boxes actually used and a
credit issued.
