Participants in the program will receive one ornament each month and qualify for the free B & O Keepsake Box. Keepsake Boxes ship directly to you from Angela's. Shipping and handling will be $19.95 per Box (Continental USA shipments). We expect the Keepsake Boxes to ship during November. The Ornaments are scheduled to begin shipping in May.
